Note: In general, 2cm increments apply. Refer to individual newspapers for ad sizes outsides these dimensions.

CANCELLATION DEADLINES AND PENALTIES

  1.  If a client/agency wants to cancel their advertisement prior to the booking deadline then they will not incur any cancellation fee.
  2.  If a client/agency wants to cancel their advertisement after the booking deadline then they will incur a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of their advertisement.
  3.  If material does not arrive for a booking, and there is no cancellation of same, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

NOTE:
  •  The New Zealand Herald has a two week cancellation deadline on all front of section solus advertising.
  •  Number of days prior refers to publishing days prior. Deadlines are subject to changes due to public holidays.
